Hi, I’m Kennedy — wife, mom of two, fitness enthusiast, and founder of The Preserve Protocol™.

After losing 30 pounds myself, I realized that weight loss alone wasn’t enough. I had spent years on and off GLP-1 medications with very little direction. I was under-eating, exhausted, losing strength, and honestly had no clue what I was doing. I thought getting smaller automatically meant getting healthier.

I was wrong.

Through years of learning, research, strength training, and a lot of trial and error, I discovered that preserving muscle, energy, confidence, and long-term health matters just as much as losing weight.

That’s why I created The Preserve Protocol™ — the program I wish I had when I started.
